Franklin O. LeValley was born May 30, 1894, the second of seven children born to George B. and Mary B. [Woolman] LeValley. He married Alice Hubbard Hulse, daughter of Joseph E. and Emma [Cammus] Hulse. They had a family of two children, Mary and William. Franklin preceded his wife in death on September 21, 1951.
